Since 1962, the Tampa Bay Regional Planning Council (TBRPC) has convened local governments and gubernatorial appointees to coordinate planning for the region’s future. The TBRPC provides a forum for analyzing issues, resolving problems, and sharing solutions among the jurisdictions in Citrus, Hernando, Hillsborough, Manatee, Pasco, and Pinellas Counties.
The TBRPC provides specialized technical assistance and planning support services to bolster planning initiatives across a spectrum of critical topics, including economic development, emergency preparedness, environmental planning, resiliency planning, community planning and design-visualization, and geographic information systems.
